About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Merchandiser with 2–3 years of relevant experience in the bed linen or home furnishing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor coordination skills and a solid understanding of fabrics and procurement processes to ensure seamless execution across production and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth functioning of the production supply chain
- Follow up with fabric suppliers, packing material vendors, and other procurement partners
- Track order status, production timelines, and delivery schedules
- Ensure timely procurement of packing materials and related accessories
- Maintain accurate data, reports, and trackers using MS Excel
- Support cost negotiations and assist in vendor management
- Ensure quality standards are met as per company guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Good understanding of fabrics and textile materials
- Strong communication and vendor coordination skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes, especially for packing materials
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive follow-up approach
