Role Description The Merchandiser role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and organizing product displays, ensuring optimal stock levels, and maintaining visual standards to enhance customer experience in retail environments. This role includes coordinating with sales teams and suppliers, tracking product performance, and supporting promotional activities and in-store marketing initiatives. The Merchandiser will monitor inventory, analyze sales trends, and recommend adjustments to assortments and pricing to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, store staff, and suppliers.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand merchandising strategies, product placement, and store operations.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support promotions, visual merchandising, and brand consistency in-store.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and basic data analysis skills for tracking inventory and sales performance.
- Experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred; familiarity with FMCG or fashion sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is beneficial.
