Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser based in Gurugram. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product displays, ensuring inventory accuracy, creating and executing merchandising strategies, and analyzing sales to optimize ordering. The role involves close collaboration with retail teams and customers to ensure the best shopping experience while driving sales and supporting marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, team members, and customers effectively.
- Experience in Sales and Retail to manage merchandising strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Awareness of Marketing techniques to align merchandising activities with promotional efforts.
- Organizational and analytical skills to maintain inventory accuracy and evaluate sales data.
- Prior experience in merchandising or a related field is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
