Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Merchandiser to join our team in Jaipur for an on-site role. Responsibilities include managing product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure product availability. This role will also involve analyzing sales trends, providing excellent customer service, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, and ensuring that products are presented in an appealing manner to maximize sales. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience, driving revenue, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Proven experience in Sales and Retail, with the ability to organize and manage inventory efficiently.
- Basic understanding of Marketing strategies and techniques to promote products effectively.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform merchandising decisions.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in visual merchandising or a related role is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
