Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser based in Jaipur. The Merchandiser will focus on managing inventory, analyzing sales trends, ensuring the correct placement of products in-store, and collaborating with teams to meet sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining positive customer relationships, implementing promotional strategies, and providing detailed reports on merchandising and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively manage client relations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Sales and Marketing expertise to drive product sales and implement marketing strategies
- Experience in Retail environments with a focus on inventory management and product placement
- Ability to analyze sales trends and generate actionable insights
- Detail-oriented and capable of working collaboratively with team members across various departments
- Previous experience in merchandising or a related role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
