Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Gurugram. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing innovative and trend-driven clothing and accessories, managing the end-to-end process of creating fashion collections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include conducting market research, selecting fabrics and materials, creating design concepts, and ensuring quality and fit during production. The candidate will also work on embroidery design and textile selection to deliver creative and high-quality products aligned with brand aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Fashion Design and a strong understanding of current trends
• Proficiency in Textiles and Embroidery techniques
• Knowledge of garment Fitting and attention to detail in design execution
• Strong creative and innovative thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in design software and tools is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Prior experience in fashion or textile design is advantageous
