Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser, based in Gurugram. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing inventories, planning product placement, organizing displays, analyzing sales trends, and implementing marketing strategies to drive product visibility and revenue growth. Key tasks include maintaining strong relationships with retail teams, evaluating customer preferences, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring merchandise meets quality and stock standards. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams will also be a vital part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and retail teams.
  • Experience and knowledge in Sales and Retail to effectively manage inventory, product placement, and optimize store performance.
  • Understanding of Marketing principles to develop and execute strategies aimed at improving visibility and boosting sales.
  • Strong analytical, time-management, and organizational skills to track sales data, manage timelines, and ensure optimal product presentation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams, including vendors and store staff, to achieve business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in merchandising or a related field is an advantage.
