Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandise Specialist based in New Delhi. The Merchandise Specialist will focus on overseeing inventory levels, managing merchandising strategies, and coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring optimal stock availability, analyzing sales data to make informed purchasing decisions, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring that the visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines. The role also requires effective collaboration with sales and marketing teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members, vendors, and clients effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to build relationships and address client needs.
- Proficiency in sales and organizing merchandising strategies to enhance revenue and optimize operations.
- Attention to detail, time management abilities, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in inventory management software tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
