Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Garment Merchandiser located in Indore. The Garment Merchandiser will oversee the coordination and execution of merchandising strategies, maintain effective communication with suppliers and clients, and ensure quality standards are met for garment production. Additionally, the role involves conducting customer-focused research, assisting in sales and marketing activities, tracking inventory levels, and liaising with internal teams to meet production timelines and project objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster effective collaboration with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Experience in Sales and Retail, with a sound understanding of market trends and customer preferences
- Knowledge of Marketing strategies related to the garment industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure quality production standards
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using tools and software relevant to merchandising processes
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
