Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves working closely with luxury products, managing inventory and supporting merchandising strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in inventory management and stock tracking
- Conducting quality checks for incoming luxury products
- Coordinating with vendors for product sourcing
- Organizing and maintaining merchandise assortment
- Monitoring sales trends to optimize product mix
- Supporting retail and merchandising strategies
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales or retail environments
- Basic understanding of marketing principles
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory tools
- Passion for fashion, luxury brands and sustainability
