Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Erode, Tamil Nadu. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product assortments, building relationships with customers, implementing sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to fulfill customer requirements and achieve sales targets effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Sales and Retail, with an understanding of product assortment and market trends
- Skills in Marketing and the ability to implement impactful strategies to drive sales
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the textiles or fashion industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
