Merchandiser– Medical Device Manufacturing
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 3–8 Years

Education: Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech (Preferred: Electronics or Supply Chain)
About the Role
We are hiring a Merchandiser to coordinate production, materials, suppliers, and customer orders for our medical device manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have strong follow-up skills, good understanding of BOMs, and experience in coordinating with production & purchase teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer orders, delivery timelines, and approvals
- Follow up with production, QC, testing & warehouse for order execution
- Track material availability & follow with suppliers for pending items
- Prepare order sheets, dispatch documents, and MIS reports
- Coordinate domestic & international shipments with logistics
- Maintain documentation as per ISO-13485 requirements
Skills Required
- Strong coordination & communication skills
- Good knowledge of production workflow and BOM basics
- MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience in electronics / medical device sector preferred
