Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser, located in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, coordinating between clients and the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment, and ensuring quality standards are maintained. The Merchandiser will also identify customer needs, engage in sales and relationship-building activities, and work closely with the marketing team to promote brand packaging solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Sales and Retail to understand industry practices and enhance client relationships
- Knowledge of Marketing strategies and trends to promote products and identify potential growth opportunities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the garment trims or related industries is an advantage
