Key Responsibilities:
• Manage buyer communication from sampling to order execution
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery
• Develop and follow up on samples as per client requirements
• Monitor order status, timelines, and approvals
• Handle costing, negotiations, and order confirmations
• Ensure product quality and compliance with buyer specifications
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in merchandising (preferably in rugs/home textiles)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good understanding of materials, weaving techniques, and production processes
• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation
