Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role located in Howrah. The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating between teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with retailers to meet market demands. Daily tasks include tracking orders, analyzing sales trends, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives to achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively
- Knowledge of Sales, Retail management, and marketing principles to support business development and order fulfillment
- Ability to analyze market trends and align merchandising strategies
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in using relevant tools or software for inventory and order management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
- Experience in the retail or apparel industry is a plus
- Enthusiasm for kids' fashion and a customer-first mindset to drive company success
