Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Ludhiana. The Merchandiser will manage product displays, ensure inventory levels are optimized, analyze sales trends, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement strategic plans. The role involves liaising with customers, monitoring market trends, and maintaining appealing retail layouts to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships and address customer needs effectively.
- Experience in Sales and Retail activities to optimize product placement and maximize revenue.
- Knowledge of Marketing principles to strategize and influence customer purchasing behaviors.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to analyze trends and data.
- Understanding of the textile and fashion industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
