Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur for a Merchandiser at Gouri Exports. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product development, liaising with clients to understand their needs, and coordinating with the production team to ensure timely delivery. Additional responsibilities include monitoring quality standards, assisting with market research, and maintaining accurate records of orders. The role also involves fostering positive relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service and build long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in Sales, Retail, and Marketing to drive profitability and strengthen client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail for quality inspection and order tracking.
- Knowledge or experience in exports, international markets, or handcrafted product sectors is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic data management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
