Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser at Buoyed Industries Private Limited, located in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, planning product assortments, and analyzing sales trends to optimize product performance. The position also entails building and maintaining relationships with clients, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products in line with quality and brand standards. A successful candidate will contribute to seamless operations and strengthened client partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain excellent client relationships and resolve concerns effectively
- Experience in Sales, Retail, and Marketing, with a focus on analyzing trends and driving product performance
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance
- Degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or relevant software is a plus
