Role Description The Merchandiser role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karur. The Merchandiser will coordinate between production, sales, and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing product assortments, monitoring inventory levels, preparing samples, and supporting pricing and order negotiations. The role involves maintaining product displays, tracking market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements and enhance overall service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in Sales and Retail to manage product assortments and support order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of Marketing to assist in promoting products and understanding market trends.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Familiarity with home textiles or furnishings is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and order management tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Karur and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
