Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Merchandiser, requiring a mix of on-site work at our office in Gurugram and some remote flexibility. The Merchandiser will coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless inventory management, develop and execute sales strategies, and maintain the company’s retail standards. Responsibilities also include fostering client relationships, managing customer service interactions, and supporting the marketing team in promoting the company’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Sales and Retail skills to manage and enhance inventory, meet sales targets, and improve retail performance
- Marketing expertise to support promotional efforts and increase brand visibility
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools and technologies is a plus
- Previous experience in the textile or retail industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Textiles
