Job Title: Merchandiser – Home Furnishing (Bed Linen)

Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Merchandiser with experience in the
bed linen and home furnishing industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing vendor coordination, order execution, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for production planning and execution
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors
- Monitor product quality and ensure it meets company standards
- Handle purchase orders, sampling, and approvals
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for stock requirements
- Work closely with design and production teams for new product developments
- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel
- Resolve any supply chain or production-related issues proactively
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in home furnishing / bed linen merchandising
- Good understanding of fabrics, materials, and sourcing processes
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling bed sheets, cushions, quilts, or related products
- Knowledge of production timelines and quality checks
- Basic understanding of costing and pricing
