About The Role
We are looking for a
detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage vendor coordination, production follow-ups, and procurement activities in the home furnishing segment.
This role is ideal for someone who understands
fabrics, sourcing, and supply chain coordination and enjoys working closely with vendors and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Vendor Coordination
- Work closely with fabric suppliers, packing vendors, and other partners
- Ensure smooth communication and timely updates from all vendors
Production & Order Tracking
- Track order status, production timelines, and delivery schedules
- Follow up regularly to ensure on-time execution
Procurement Support
- Coordinate procurement of fabrics, packing materials, and accessories
- Assist in vendor negotiations and cost control
Quality & Reporting
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
- Maintain data and reports in MS Excel
- Share regular updates on order and production status
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in merchandising / sourcing roles
- Experience in home furnishing / textiles / fabrics preferred
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Good communication and vendor handling ability
Skills Required
- Knowledge of fabrics and textile materials
- MS Excel (basic to intermediate)
- Understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
- Attention to detail and organization
