Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Merchandiser with 2–3 years of experience in the
bed linen and home furnishing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor coordination skills, a solid understanding of fabrics, and expertise in procurement processes to ensure seamless execution of production and supply chain activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth functioning of the production supply chain.
- Follow up with fabric suppliers, packing material vendors, and other procurement partners.
- Track order status, monitor production timelines, and oversee delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely procurement of packing materials and related accessories.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel.
- Assist in cost negotiations and vendor management.
- Uphold quality standards in line with company requirements.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of fabrics and textile materials.
- Excellent vendor coordination and communication skills.
- Understanding of procurement processes, especially for packing materials.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Experience
- 2–3 years of merchandising experience, preferably in bed linen and home furnishing.
Qualification
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
