Job Summary:
Uma Glass Works is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser with 1–5 years of experience in marketing and merchandising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product presentation, coordinating with clients, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales
Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities
Maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, and vendors
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Ensure proper product display at exhibitions, showrooms, and trade events
Handle order processing, inventory coordination, and follow-ups
Assist in pricing, product selection, and catalog development
Prepare reports on sales performance and merchandising effectiveness
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1–5 years of experience in merchandising or marketing (preferably in glassware, handicrafts, or related industry)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of market trends and customer preferences
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with exhibitions or trade fairs (especially at India Expo Mart)
Creative mindset for product presentation and branding
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Salary: Starting with 30,000/-
