Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandise Manager located in New Delhi. The Merchandise Manager will oversee inventory management, curate product assortments, collaborate with the sales team to meet targets, and liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction. The role involves managing and analyzing product performance, forecasting demand, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize product offerings and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with internal teams and clients.
• Proficiency in reports and the ability to drive product results.
• Experience in Inventory Management and Assortment planning to ensure optimal stock levels and product variety.
• Analytical skills to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
