Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandise Manager based in Jaipur. Responsibilities include managing and monitoring inventory levels, planning product assortments, and ensuring successful sales performance. The Merchandise Manager will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align inventory with market demand, analyze sales data for strategic decision-making, and maintain excellent communication with vendors and suppliers for efficient procurement and replenishment processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage vendor relationships and address customer needs effectively.
- Proven experience in Sales and the ability to develop strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Expertise in Inventory Management and Assortment planning to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills for managing procurement processes and sales data analytics.
- Experience in retail or merchandise management is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic understanding of supply chain principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
