Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Merchandise Manager will oversee day-to-day merchandising activities, including managing inventory levels, executing product assortment strategies, and monitoring sales performance. Responsibilities include collaborating with suppliers, analyzing market trends, addressing customer needs, and ensuring store-level consistency to maximize profitability. Additional tasks may involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking key performance indicators, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients, teams, and stakeholders
- Experience in sales and the ability to implement strategies that drive revenue and business growth
- Proficiency in inventory management and product lifecycle coordination
- Knowledge of product assortment strategies to ensure proper stocking and variety
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends for informed decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous merchandising or retail management experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
