Hiring: Ecommerce Merchandising Lead (Onsite Merchandising) | Bangalore |
Location: MG Road, Bangalore (Work From Office)
Experience: 2–4 Years
Job description-
- Lead and manage the Deal Approvals Team.
- Review and approve deals to ensure quality and compliance.
- Prioritize the deals pipeline to ensure high-value deals go live quickly.
- Manage onsite merchandising, content, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure accurate deal tagging, location mapping, and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Content, and Product teams.
- Monitor pipeline health, turnaround time, and team performance.
What are we looking for:-
- 2–4 years of experience in Ecommerce, Merchandising, Content Operations, or Digital Merchandising.
- Experience leading a team or mentoring team members.
- Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CMS, content management, or merchandising tools is an advantage.
