This is support staff for our Physicians and Nurse Practitioners. Previous experience working in a Physician Practice setting is preferred. This position reports to the Practice Manager.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA)(CCMA)(RMA) required.
- CPR/BLS required within 90 days of hire.
- 3 to 5 years previous experience working in a physician practice setting is preferred.
· Prior experience with an Electronic Health Record system.

- Serves as a liaison between clients and Office Providers.
- Demonstrates competency with applicable policies and procedures as outlined in the Orientation Program prior to the completion of orientation.
- Required to become skilled in the EPIC Electronic Health Record System.
- Performs other duties as needed.
