Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervision & Safety: Monitor children continuously to ensure a safe environment, inside and out, and follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Child Care & Hygiene: Assist with personal care, including diapering, toilet training, feeding, and dressing.
- Activity Planning: Implement age-appropriate, creative, and educational activities—such as reading, crafts, games, and music—to foster social and intellectual growth.
- Routine Management: Develop and maintain daily schedules, including structured playtime, nap times, and snacks/mealtimes.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to parents regarding their child’s development, behavior, and daily routines.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a tidy classroom by sterilizing toys, cleaning surfaces, and organizing play areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
