Principal, Field Development Aftersales

The Principal, Field Development Aftersales will be responsible for the field support and development of the Mercedes-Benz Parts and Service business. Key responsibilities include visiting dealers to assess and improve parts and service operations, supporting new product launches, conducting training for dealer personnel, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Mercedes-Benz parts and service operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
