About the role

Talent Acquisition & People Experience Apprentice (2 year FTC) Job Details: As a Talent Acquisition & People Experience Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting our People Experience team. You will gain valuable experience across a range of HR disciplines including talent acquisition, employee experience, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and HR operations. Key responsibilities: - Support the delivery of key people-related projects and initiatives - Assist with the recruitment and on-boarding process for new hires - Contribute to the development and delivery of engaging employee experiences - Support the team in the planning and delivery of learning and development activities - Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business - Provide administrative support to the People Experience team Requirements: - Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Proactive and adaptable approach to work - Good organisational and time management skills - Proficient in MS Office applications
