Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Cars

As a Sales Manager for our Pre-Owned Cars division, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving sales of our certified pre-owned vehicles. Your key responsibilities will include:- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets- Providing coaching and mentoring to your team to continuously improve their sales skills and performance- Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth- Fostering strong relationships with customers and ensuring an exceptional buying experience- Effectively managing inventory and pricing to maximize profitability- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and operations to support the overall sales and business objectives.
