HV Wiring Harness DMU - MBC

- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Wiring Harness Design & Development - Understanding of functioning of various control systems, ECUs, Electrical- Electronic functions inside the Passenger cars. - Technical expertise in Wiring Harness design, Connector, electrification, DMU, packaging, and related Engineering requirements. - Technical expertise of vehicle Schematics development. - Awareness of relevant Legal requirements and system level functions and Testing. - Understanding of Product development process & Project timelines - Experience in engineering Supplier governance. - Experience of handling field issues, idea generation & problem solving. - Strong inter-personal skills to work effectively with Suppliers & cross-functional teams across the globe. - Strong in technical Decision-making. - Awareness of future technological advancement in Wiring Harness development such as Battery, High Voltage will be an added advantage. - German language skills & global project experience is an added advantage - Experience of working on MB norms, standards & processes will be an added advantage - Additional Advantage: CAD Tool: Unigraphics NX, Ldorado, E3-Cable, PREEVision - Awareness of PLM systems.
