QUALIFICATIONS
4 – 6 years (total) of experience in the following: Marketing, Automotive Business, Project/Business Management (strategic planning, budget/ resource planning and responsibility, communication, process methodology)

Skills
- Proficient at building and maintaining strong working relationships with a prioritized focus on collaboration with field teams and dealer network as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to make sound decisions based on KPIs, Metrics, and performance trends
- Proven ability to forecast, assess problem areas and risks and proactively manage potential impacts or operational needs
- Proven ability to set and manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Proven ability to design and execute strategic plans and initiatives, from creative development through implementation and evaluation, and working knowledge of relevant marketing media tactics.
- Demonstrates robust organizational capabilities, adept at analysing complex situations and establishing structure within a project management setting.
- Proficient at communication design and storytelling delivering to both operational and executive audiences
- Confident in public speaking, specifically delivering messages with candor and professionalism utilizing factbased content to steer business objectives
- Displays diplomacy and relevance when responding to requests and providing feedback
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Education
Bachelor‘s Degree (accredited school) or equivalent work experience with emphasis in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Project Management or other related fields.
