Relevant Experience Required:
Should Costing/Zero Based Calculation for Sheet Metal and Plastic Commodity.
Manufacturing Process Knowledge of Stamping, Plastic, Hoses, Aluminium Pipe Domain.
Knowledge of Stamping, Welding, Injection Moulding.
Understand overall manufacturing/part development activities.
Ability to read part drawings.
Awareness of Cost factors in Product/Part Costing.
Proficient Knowledge of Excel.
OEM Work experience.
Engineering Change Management (for modifications or new part development)
Make Or Buy Analysis
Analyse Supplier RFQs (Technical & Commercial).
Preferred Software Skills – NX, SMARAGD, SCHMALE, TACO, Any cost Evaluation Software.
Job Responsibilities:
REC & Tooling /Fixture/Gauges Calculation
Cost estimation and cost management analysis.
Manufacturing Feasibility discussion with suppliers.
Price negotiation with the best available manufacturing process.
Interacting with Overseas team, commodity members for successful project execution.
Ensure on-time deliverable for the projects.
