Are you passionate about on-site execution and electrical systems? We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Electrical Site Engineer to be a part of our dynamic team specializing in supply & erection projects – delivering high-quality Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting solutions.
Job Title: Senior MEPF Billing Engineer
Experience: 5–10 Years
Department: MEP Projects
Industry: MEP Contracting
Roles & Responsibilities
- Independently prepare and submit client RA bills for MEP, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm works
- Finalize measurement sheets, quantity take-offs, and billing abstracts
- Handle subcontractor billing, certification, and payment recommendations
- Prepare and negotiate variation / extra item claims with proper rate analysis
- Track approved BOQs, revised BOQs, deviations, and change orders
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers for bill certification
- Monitor billing targets, cash flow, and payment recovery
- Prepare monthly cost reports, billing status, and MIS reports
- Support final account settlement, project close-out, and audits
- Guide and mentor junior billing engineers
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Strong expertise in MEPF systems and measurement standards
- In-depth knowledge of contracts, payment terms, and claims management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills
Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical / MEP Engineering

- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Preferred Industry Experience
- Commercial buildings, IT parks, hospitals, airports, industrial projects
