Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a MEP Trainer. The MEP Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to students and professionals. Daily activities include conducting theoretical and practical training sessions, creating and updating course materials, evaluating student performance, and providing additional guidance to help trainees meet their learning objectives. The trainer will also stay updated with industry trends to ensure all training content remains relevant and accurate.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and a strong foundation in these technical disciplines.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering engaging training programs, covering both theoretical concepts and practical applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and instructional skills to effectively mentor and coach students and professionals.
- Ability to assess student progress and performance, providing constructive feedback and additional support when necessary.
- Up-to-date awareness of industry standards, codes, tools, and trends in MEP to ensure the delivery of current and relevant training materials.
- Experience with e-learning platforms or online training delivery is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in MEP are advantageous.
