We are looking for an MEP Supervisor with 5-7 years of Experience in Residential Projects.
Location – Mumbai (Andheri West)
Education - Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Role : Project Management, Site Execution, MIS, Billing etc. Some one well versed with Plumbing, electrical & maintainence.
Experience of High Rise Residential buildings (Above 30 Stories) built with MIVAN technology is a must.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Plumbing systems and Building Maintenance practices
- Strong knowledge of MEP principles and ability to oversee implementation
- Relevant experience in construction, real estate development, or infrastructure projects
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in construction is a plus
