Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Supervisor located in Demow. The MEP Supervisor will oversee project sites, conduct inspections, and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) operations. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising plumbing installations, managing facility maintenance, ensuring project quality, and addressing building maintenance needs. The role requires close collaboration with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and standards are met.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Site Supervision and performing detailed Site Inspections
- Proficiency in managing Facility Management (FM) tasks and overseeing Building Maintenance activities
- Technical expertise in Plumbing installations and maintenance
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
- Experience in project management and ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in construction or MEP supervision will be an advantage
