Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Supervisor, located in Guwahati. The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for managing site supervision, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring the proper execution of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The role also includes overseeing building maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with standards.
Qualifications
- Site Supervision and Site Inspection skills, with a focus on MEP system installations and performance evaluation
- Knowledge and expertise in Facility Management (FM) and Plumbing systems
- Experience in Building Maintenance, including preventive measures and efficient repair solutions
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Proven track record of successful site management for construction or maintenance projects
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering field is required.
