Position: MEP Supervisor (On-Demand / Contract Basis)
We are hiring an experienced MEP Supervisor to support recruitment activities on a call-based requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend technical interviews for MEP roles as required
- Assess candidates’ technical knowledge and practical experience
- Support the recruitment team in shortlisting suitable candidates
- Travel to interview locations whenever required
Requirements:
- Strong experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works
- Ability to evaluate candidates from a technical perspective
- Good communication and assessment skills
- Flexible and available on short notice
Compensation:
- Salary: Will discuss
- Travel allowances will be provided
