Role Description
We are seeking a full-time MEP Supervisor for an on-site role based in Chennai. Key responsibilities include overseeing site supervision, conducting site inspections, managing facility operations, and ensuring proper building maintenance. The selected candidate will also handle plumbing systems and collaborate with team members to ensure projects are executed effectively and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Site Supervision and Site Inspections to manage and oversee construction and maintenance activities.
- Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance to ensure the proper functionality and upkeep of buildings and systems.
- Knowledge and expertise in Plumbing to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively on-site and manage cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications or a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing engineering is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic project environments.
