Position: MEP Site Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior execution at project sites. The role involves coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure the timely, high-quality completion of interior works as per drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day interior execution work at the site
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors
• Monitor quality, safety, and workmanship standards
• Manage site materials, tools, and manpower effectively
• Coordinate with project manager, designers, and clients for smooth execution
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively
• Ensure timely completion of work as per the project schedule
• Prepare daily site progress reports and material requirement reports
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/furniture / retail interiors
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods
• Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQ
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel or stay at project sites
Preferred Experience
• Experience in retail, commercial, or residential interior projects
• Hands-on experience in modular furniture, carpentry, and finishing works

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Supervisor, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The MEP Supervisor will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, conduct site inspections, and ensure that construction and facility management tasks are executed according to design specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day building maintenance tasks, supervising the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems, and coordinating activities to ensure project milestones and timelines are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in Site Supervision and conducting Site Inspections.
- Knowledge and expertise in Plumbing systems and methodologies.
- Proficiency in managing Facility Management (FM) tasks and Building Maintenance operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to supervise teams effectively.
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Prior experience in MEP or construction projects is advantageous.
