• Key Responsibilities
• Lead MEP Engineer
• Lead multidisciplinary MEP design, coordination and technical delivery.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and associated building services.
• Review design drawings, calculations, BOQs, specifications and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts and site coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and project requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and support to the design and project teams.
Senior Electrical Design Engineer
• Develop and review electrical designs, layouts, schematics and technical documentation.
• Perform electrical load calculations, equipment sizing and system design.
• Coordinate electrical services with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and architectural disciplines.
• Prepare and review BOQs, specifications and design submissions.
• Support project teams during construction with technical clarifications and design coordination.
• Ensure designs meet applicable standards, codes and client requirements.
Senior HVAC Design Engineer
• Develop HVAC system designs, layouts, calculations and equipment selections.
• Perform HVAC load calculations and system sizing as required.
• Coordinate HVAC services with architectural and other MEP disciplines.
• Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical submissions.
• Provide technical support during execution and resolve design-related site issues.
• Ensure HVAC designs comply with applicable codes, standards and project specifications.
Candidate Profile
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in MEP consultancy and commercial fit-out projects.
• Excellent knowledge of design, coordination and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage design responsibilities and meet project deadlines.
