Role Description
The MEP - Sales & Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing bill of quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations, and collaborating on engineering plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role involves client engagement, tender preparation, and negotiation for project contracts. The engineer will perform market research and identify potential opportunities to drive sales and system solutions for the company. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, India.
Qualifications
- Expertise in BOQ preparation and project estimation for MEP systems.
- Proven skills in client negotiation and handling tender processes effectively.
- Ability to perform thorough research to identify new project opportunities and market trends.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- Previous experience in the MEP industry or similar fields is an advantage.
