Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Project Manager, Engineer and Supervisor at Aahan Engineering Services, located in Pune Division.
The primary duties involve overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects, which include planning, coordinating, Drawing study, report generation, and monitoring day-to-day field and technical operations.
Responsibilities also include managing budgets, reviewing and approving submittals, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project execution.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, contractors, and external stakeholders will be a key aspect of the role, along with technical documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering disciplines is required. Relevant certifications in project management would be beneficial. With 4.5 to 8 Years of experience.
2. Strong knowledge and experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems including implementation, supervision, and troubleshooting.
3. Proficiency in Project Management tasks such as planning, coordination, execution, quality assurance, and stakeholder management.
4. Experience with Budgeting, financial forecasting, cost analysis, and cost management for projects.
5. Understanding and handling of Submittals, technical documentation, and regulatory compliance processes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively with a collaborative approach.
6. Familiarity with government regulations and liasoning processes is an added advantage.
