Role Description
This is a contract type on-site role for an MEP Project Manager, Engineer and Supervisor based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of projects, manage all phases of project development, prepare and review budgets, coordinate submittals and approvals, and supervise project execution. Additional daily responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and expertise in plumbing
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Experience in Budgeting and financial planning for engineering projects
- Ability to manage and review Submittals and technical documentation
- Strong organizational and analytical skills for managing multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant design and planning tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in working within residential, commercial, and industrial projects is advantageous
