Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Project Manager, based in Mumbai. The MEP Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of a 5.5 lac sqft AAA+ commercial development. Responsibilities will include managing budgets, coordinating subcontractors, reviewing and preparing submittals, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and comply with all required standards and codes. The MEP Project Manager will also engage in active problem-solving and the development of efficient project solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and resource management
- Experience with Budgeting and cost control to ensure financial efficiency
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team and client coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in Project Management are an advantage
- Prior experience managing MEP projects, especially within commercial or industrial sectors, is preferred
