Job Description:
What You will do:
· Execute and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites.
· Review MEP drawings, specifications, and ensure execution as per approved designs.
· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
· Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
· Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
· Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
· Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and material records.
· Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.
· Monitor material usage and support cost-effective project delivery.
· Ensure timely inspection, quality control, and handover of MEP works.
· Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of MEP materials and equipment.
· Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP execution within the Real Estate/Construction industry.
· Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, MS Office, and project documentation.
· Experience in reviewing MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
· Sound understanding of building codes, safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory compliance.
· Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
· Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet project deadlines, and work under pressure.
· Willingness to travel across project sites as required by the organization.
